He has taken the scripture "go ye into all the world" literally and continues to minister abroad. Adam takes great joy in leading missions teams and traveling solo, as long as the Gospel is preached.

Major cities like Atlanta have great needs in the streets. Taking church outside the walls is crucial to healing the hurting and reaching the lost. Through partnerships with shelters, food pantries and other organizations daily needs are met. Bishop Adam founded The 47 Spot (Christian hip hop ministry) for networking among street ministers and empowering them to take the Gospel to the streets.

From local TV broadcasts to his weekly program on King Television, millions of people are hearing Bishop McNatt preach the Gospel. Through services like Zoom, Facebook, YouTube and other online streaming platforms more people are reached. Leadership training, preaching with translators, and ministry in churches have all been accomplished through such resources.
